Harlow Chorus has a wide range of choral and vocal scores available for hire. The full list of music for hire can be viewed by following this link.

Booking the Music

Simply contact our Hire Library Team by e-mail with the following information:
  

• Composer, title and edition of work(s)
• Number of copies required
• Name of your organisation
• Delivery date and address
• Performance date
• Contact details, including an e-mail address, for invoicing

Score Hire charges

Prices vary, depending on the age and condition of the hire items, and the length of the hire period.

Postage and Insurance

Music will be sent by post, and the cost of postage and insurance will be added to the hire charge.

Returning scores

Please aim to return your hired music within two weeks of your performance.  If any copies are missing after that time, please return the bulk of the music and the remainder when they turn up! If an item is lost, a charge will be made for replacement of the missing scores.

 

 

CHOIR FOR HIRE

Looking for a choir to make your special event extra special?

As well as its own scheduled concerts, Harlow Chorus can also provide smaller groups of singers to perform at special occasions such as weddings, private and corporate functions etc..

We are happy to help with choice of music, if necessary, and would generally need a minimum of two months' notice.
