Harlow Chorus have a wide range of Choral Scores that are available for hire from our Music Library. As a Chorus we will understand your requirements when hiring choral music from our library.

Booking the Music

To hire music from this list simply contact our Librarian by email with the following information:

• Composer and title of work(s) required
• Number of copies you require
• Date by which you want the music delivered
• Performance date
• Your name, address and telephone number
• Title of your choir

Score Hire charges

Usually we charge 30p per copy per month but occasionally a charge of 50p and up to a maximum of 75p will be made. You will be advised of this at the time of hiring your choral scores.

Postage and Insurance

Music will be sent by post and the cost of postage and insurance will be added to the hire charge.

Returning the musical scores

Please return the hired music as soon as possible after your performance. If copies are missing please return the bulk of the music and the remainder when they turn up! If they are lost a charge will be made for replacement of the missing scores.

Marking

Please use only soft pencil for writing on scores.
